We have actually walked the walk and experienced great success in sales over more than two decades. Other sales coaching and training companies have rarely attained this level of success before turning to teaching.

Tell me about The Sales Collective's Founder, Steve’s accomplishments in sales.

Steve reached number one (out of tens of thousands of salespeople) in two completely different industries over the course of his highly successful, 25+ year career. He’s worked with individuals, million-dollar companies, and billion-dollar companies. He’s helped countless people achieve success, earned numerous awards and accolades, and reached the pinnacle of sales and sales leadership achievement with both products and services. Following this success, Steve realized his ultimate calling was to share with others how they can achieve their goals in the sales industry.

When will I start to see results?

Obviously, this is a tough question to answer. Results mean different things for different people. What matters to many people is increasing your competence, confidence, and commitment to learning the skills and strategies of the top five percent. It’s up to you how fast or slow you want to learn, but if you simply do what other successful salespeople do, you’ll have what other successful salespeople have.

What makes The Sales Collective’s sales training different?

We have achieved the highest levels of success in sales and sales leadership, which of course, is much of what we base our curriculum around. We do not teach a “magic” selling system from the ‘60s, nor is this some franchise model, cookie-cutter sales training. Most of the sales training available today is full of old, used-car, manipulative, antiquated, and irrelevant to today’s consumers and marketplace, often repackaged as something new. There’s no way to answer that because we do not do cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all sales training. Before you even consider bringing in any sales training company, you need to know the answers to these questions. That’s why we conduct a full Sales Team Evaluation to identify the challenges, hindrances, and limiting-beliefs that may be holding your sales team back from greatness.

  • Are your salespeople delivering a consistent value prop and brand message or are they all saying completely different things?

The online course world is like anything else. You can find super cheap options under $500, or you can find the “high-ticket” get-rich-quick courses that cost $25K. We have several options, but we do our best to customize the course content to exactly what our client needs. Please reach out and we’re happy to share! (Don’t worry, it’s not as much as you think)!

What differentiates The Sales Collective’s online sales training courses from others?

Our online courses employ reality-based, integrity-driven sales strategies and mindset tools that are valuable and relevant in today’s marketplace. Other training courses will make promises of endless riches and tell you how you can grow your sales by 1,000% (Mr. 10X Conman). How much does private sales coaching cost?

We train and mentor only a few private clients a year, and availability is based on our schedule/calendar at the time. It typically ranges from $50K to $100K annually.

Who is an ideal candidate to receive private sales coaching?

An ideal candidate for private coaching is somebody who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and willing to invest in their own personal growth. A lot of the coaching is mindset-based and requires hard work to achieve results.
