I am a multi-time CRO and COO and have led numerous sales teams across multiple industries. My journey in sales began after spending about 12 years practicing architecture. I noticed that the part of my job I loved most was the chase of a new project and putting together a strategy to win the business. The issue was that this was not the focus of my role so I began searching for sales opportunities where I could focus my time and attention on finding new business. This search led me to my first focused sales role as an individual contributor in commercial interiors. From there I gained experience leading teams, training sales people and working in channel sales. I have had success growing territories YoY and landing my own contracts in excess of $90mm. I have been a Fractional Sales leader for companies in the Tech space, Security, Irrigation, Language Services and more.
I have helped businesses restructure their sales team, create and implement sales processes, MEDDPIC training, and overall approach support. One business resulted in growing revenue from $6mm / year to over $18mm / year over a 3 year period. Another business grew 20% in year one.
