As a three-time Chief of Staff, I’ve led post-merger integrations, built full-scale operational infrastructures, and driven measurable outcomes resulting in significant improvements in compliance metrics and reductions in operational risk.
My approach is rooted in execution, ownership, and systems that scale. I don’t just build, I make sure every box gets checked, every DRI is clear, and every process has a purpose. I believe data trumps gut feelings, that accountability should never be ambiguous, and that execution beats strategy every damn day.
