I don’t believe in hiring based on gut instinct, industry fit, or who talks the best game. I believe in hiring based on truth. The truth about your role, your team, your environment—and the truth about what makes someone successful in it. That’s where I come in.

I’ve built my career helping founder-led and growth-stage companies stop winging it and start hiring with intention. From creating custom intake processes to competency-based interview strategies, I bring structure, clarity, and a little tough love to every search. I’m not here to simply fill seats. I’m here to make sure your next sales hire sticks—because they were hired for the right reasons, and set up to thrive.

I’ve staffed the roles others couldn’t, told the stories others wouldn’t, and built hiring teams that actually work—without relying on a pile of resumes or a “spray and pray” approach. Recruitment is a team sport, and I’m the partner who makes sure your hiring process is aligned, fast, and deeply intentional.

I don’t believe in hiring based on gut instinct, industry fit, or who talks the best game. I believe in hiring based on truth.
