With 16 years of sales experience, I have a wide range of exposure and experience sling for and to a multitude of industries and buyer types. I have led teams at start-up, $500MM orgs, as well as F500. My product experience ranges from predictive analytics to IT consulting, to retail data providers, selling to IT, marketing, and HR suites, across SMB, MM, Enterprise, and Strategic.

As a CRO, I have taking a previously flat revenue growth org to 15% YOY growth in a down year economically. Helped to hire talent, to scale teams, and completely overhaul sales processes, GTM motions, marketing alignment, and compensation plans.

As a sales coach, I have the ability to build trust with my team, and empower them to give them fullest potential. I have successfully coached people from AE to manager, and manager to VP, and also had the fortune of have many reps work with me as many as 4 different times.
